关于包裹快递购买保险的政策描述与规则更新如下(适用于UPS SPD 服务):
UPS SPD Service Insurance Policy Updated:
– Value from $0.00 to $100.00 No charge
投保货值在USD0-USD100之间不收取保费;
– Value from $100.01 to $300.00 $3.90
投保货值在USD100.01-USD300之间收取保费USD3.9/个包裹
– Value over $300.00, charge $1.30 for each $100.00 (or portion of $100.00) of the total value declared (from $0.00 to total value declared)
投保货值超过USD300的,每USD100收取USD1.3的保费
– For international shipments $0.013 with a declared value of times the more than $50,000.00 declared value

Shipping and Return policy for all products with lithium battery(please update your clients and customers immediatly):
1. 重量超过70磅,仅支持美国大陆区域Ground Shipping派送服务。
No air service if package over 70lbs.
2. 所有退回包裹需要在WMS-Return & Repair中进行预报,并提供寄件人法定名字,有效的发货地址,有效的联系电话以及有效的联系邮箱
All return packages must be ordered through WMS - Return & Repair, and must provid shipper's legal name, valid shipping address, valid phone number and valid email address.

Only commercial addresses are eligible for pick up package services.

Our DG OP will email all labels and documents to the shipper in 1-2 business days. If the seller wants a copy of email, please contact your 3PL customer representative, and provide a valid email address.
关于LTL发货的标准更新如下:
Any over-sized products in your order will need to have delivery scheduled and the freight carrier will call you to set up this appointment. When your order ships, your tracking information will still be provided through our WMS.

What should you expect when your order has shipped?
什么时候LTL会被取走?
- Your customer will receive a phone call from the freight carrier to set up a delivery time. Your customer must set up a delivery time in order to receive the shipment. A missed call will result in possible delays.

- When the order is delivered, the driver will unload the shipment from the truck for curbside delivery. Unless otherwise noted and paid for on your delivery, the driver will only provide curbside delivery. If you need any additional services (SEE BELOW), please let us know immediately.

- Upon delivery, if there is any noticeable damage due to delivery and handling, please refuse the package and contact us for a replacement.

Once shipped, we are not responsible for any additional fees, such as address change or storage.

For FMB orders, if no special instruction, our WMS will auto select the lowest cost of shipping service
一件代发如无特别要求,系统默认选择最便宜的物流发货,时效1-7个工作日。

For FBM orders, carriers only provide 2nd day air delivery services.
夏威夷群岛,阿拉斯加地区,物流商仅提供两日达空运服务。

Delivery Addresses under Section C are all defined as international shipping packages. TLG will collect USD15 custom fee for every single order plus shipping fees and possible duties.

Please DO NOT use UPS Surepost for your UPS return services, or GET FINES.
产品品名,sku,尺寸与重量的后期修改需提交审核
注1:错误的填写产品尺寸导致后期仓储费收取过多或不足,仓库将按每种sku最高USD10,000(壹万美元)进行罚款,请知悉。
注2:如不清楚贵司产品尺寸重量,可寻求负责贵司事务的海外仓专员协助产品录入,并请仓库协助丈量产品尺寸与称重,一并填入。仓库会收取一定费用,具体请询问负责贵司事务的海外仓专员。
请一定要在执行发货之前在系统创建发货计划,下载并将箱标贴在外箱上。
订单搜索功能已上线,请点击WMS-OUTBOUND ORDER,在右上角查看可搜索的内容。
如需通过平台订单号查询,请在将来录入订单时,将平台订单号填入Reference #1, 查询时,只需在Ref处点选#1,在后面的搜索栏内输入订单号关键数字,点击Search按钮即可。
货损丢包理赔的公告
时值发货高峰,货物延迟派送、丢包货损在所难免,我们会逐一向物流承运商理赔。
请收集整理包裹所有信息,包括并不仅限于订单号、物流单号、产品名称,问题描述,按照以下格式发送到 shipping@transleadgroup.com,我们会有专职人员进行查询回复,并在第一时间将理赔申请提交给物流承运商。
丢包货损的案子,您将在1-2个工作日内收到理赔申请收据,并在6-8个工作日内获得物流承运商的回应。
具体理赔格式如下:
